Privacy Policy for Lullwood Pipeline

Lullwood Pipeline is an internal tool used only by Lullwood to make and manage videos for Lullwood's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, and no one outside Lullwood can sign in to it.
What it accesses
With Lullwood's permission, it uploads and manages videos on Lullwood's channel (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, playlists and publish times), and reads that channel's statistics through YouTube Analytics. It does not access anyone else's account or data.
How the data is used and kept
Statistics are used only to report to Lullwood on how its own videos perform. Sign-in details and statistics are kept on Lullwood's own computers, with encrypted backups. Nothing is sold or shared, and nothing is used for advertising. Lullwood's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
YouTube and Google
This tool uses YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
